Feeling smug with myself for getting up to 1,400k.
However I stumbled across the results and data pages on Zwift (not at all easy to find) and it appears that Rachael Elliott of the Newbury Road club has done a truly staggering 34,000k and team mate Tim Cartwright (who is a very quick TTer) is ranked no 1 in the world for Zwift racing.
It also gives all their (and everyone else's) data, watts per K, FTP, weight, height, loads of graphs.
Rachael's current 20 minute max av wattage is just over 305 ,mine is 185.I'm going to have another go this afternoon, time to move it up a bit I think. Rachael is comp record holder for the 30 with a 1.0.
I was 48 minutes behind the winner of the very hilly 3rd stage of the Tour di Castelli about 400th out of 500 starters. My wattage was half that of the winner.
See the top post .Poor Rachael E has had a stroke. She seems to be OK ,it was a small one but she already has a heart pace maker, she's going to have to learn to do less and that won't be easy for her.
She's very hyper (an excellent) in everything she does.
